It's easy to place an order. Download our order form from our website (or call our office for a faxed copy). Fill out the order form completely, with up-to-date instructions for the attorney who will appear for you. Fax the completed order form to us, then call us to make sure it has arrived in legible condition.

We fax a written report to you as soon as possible after the appearance. Your invoice will appear at the bottom of the Outcome Report of the Appearance. You can pay by check or major credit card.
