Status Conference, Case Management Conference, Evaluation Conference, OSC, and other routine matters:

$75.00 statewide flat fee.
$50.00 additional charge if the order is placed the court day before or the day of the appearance. (This charge does not apply to the cities of Riverside, San Bernardino, Rancho Cucamonga, or Indio; nor does it apply to first-time clients).

Depositions, Law & Motion, Claim of Exemption, Relief from Stay, Minor's Comp, Default Prove-Up:

$65.00/hour with a two-hour minimum.

Judgment Debtor Examination, Bankruptcy 341(a) Hearing:

$125.00 / $75.00 if the debtor fails to appear.

Advocacy Proceedings (Contested Trials, Arbitrations, Mediations, Taking Depositions):

$75.00/hour with a two-hour minimum.

Parking and telephone charges incurred by our attorneys, if applicable, will be added to the above rates.

There are a few obscure or hard-to-reach courts which require an extra fee for travel time for our attorney.  Also, some appearances (often criminal or family law) require an hourly rate to cover the time our attorneys are in court, waiting for your case to be called.  In addition, there are a few judges who do not allow special appearances, and others who require association of counsel.  Be sure to ask if you think you have an appearance in one of these courts.
